What you will do
You implement a centralized approach for intercompany processes (accounting, monitoring and reconciliation of intercompany transactions).
You ensure accurate accounting treatment of transfer pricing in accordance with internal policies and tax regulations.
You focus on maintaining, standardizing and automating accounting processes related to intercompany billing and transfer pricing across entities and systems.
You analyze financial data to identify inconsistencies and optimization opportunities in intercompany flows.
You act as an interface between Accounting, Controlling, Tax, HR, Legal, Treasury and subsidiaries.
You collaborate with IT to optimize ERP-based accounting processes (e.g., Workday)
You provide information and support data gathering for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and for tax audits.
What you’ll need to succeed
Qualified accountant or a degree in business administration or finance with a focus on accounting and controlling
At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on intercompany transactions
Knowledge of HGB, IFRS
Knowledge of international tax/ transfer pricing
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and MS Excel
Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high affinity for numbers
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
