Working Student Business Process Management (m/f/d)
About the role
We are looking for a working student in Business Process Management (m/f/d) to support our Process Transformation Team in its operational activities by providing hands-on assistance in BPM software administration, team coordination, and continuous improvement efforts.
What you will do
You provide first-level support related to our BPM software (BIC platform), including user management, access rights, and basic troubleshooting.
You support team's process transformation and automation projects.
You contribute to the continuous improvement of group-wide process management framework.
You assist the Head of Process Transformation in coordinating team activities,
You support in maintaining internal documentation and templates, as well as optimizing team practices and routines.
What you’ll need to succeed
Ongoing Master’s Degree.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (a plus: in German).
Interest in process management, business administration, digital tools, and change management and willingness to learn.
A plus: first experience in project management, process documentation (e.g. BPMN 2.0) or automation and with BPM applications (e.g., BIC, SAP Signavio).
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, reliable, and structured in task execution.
Service-oriented mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Empathy and team spirit, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
